1. We need an accurate number of guests that will be on the game truck. We will contact you a day before your party to get an accurate number, so we can have the appropriate number of game coaches.
2. If we arrive to your party (or during your party) and we see that there are extra guests(adults and children), your party will be interrupted and an additional fee will be charged.
3. All guests must wear masks on the game truck!!!
•Reduced the size of parties we accept , no more than 10 kids at a time .
•Reduced the number of game coaches. We check coaches for symptoms and temperature daily.
•Masks are worn at all times by game coaches and required by guests while inside game truck
•Require guests to sanitize hands before getting on truck (provided by us)
•We ask all clients to screen their guests before their party to make sure no one has traveled outside the state, been sick or been in contact with anyone with COVID 19
•As always, the truck and all surfaces are disinfected throughly using bleach wipes and Lysol before each party. We deep clean and disinfect at the end of each business day.
Unfortunately we have to start charging a rescheduling fee.
If you cancel your booking within 7 days or less of your party and decide not to reschedule, you will be charged the full price of your party.
If you cancel your booking within 7 days or less of your party, and you reschedule your party, a $100 rescheduling fee will be added. We will waive the rescheduling fee if you reschedule and pay for your party in full at the time of rescheduling.
Galaxy Game Truck ‘s office will be on vacation from 6/19-6/26. All phone calls will be returned the week of 6/27/16. Deposits will be collected the week of 6/27/16, for any parties that are booked during this time. All parties will go on as scheduled.
